How do I reserve a vehicle?Simply fill out the instant quote form with your reservation details, and we will show you the best deals we have available for your planned itinerary. Choose a vehicle from those available, add any optional extras, and then fill out your personal details to send your reservation to us. We will then send you a confirmation. In order to secure the reservation, you will need to provide us with your payment details.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?In order to avoid disappointment, and to find the best possible range of deals, we advise you to make a reservation as soon as you know your travel plans. However, if you are travelling at the last minute, we usually have some last minute deals available.
How do I pick up a reserved rental vehicle?If you decide to pick up your vehicle at the airport, one of our representatives will be waiting to greet you in the arrivals hall. If you are already at a hotel or private address, we can bring the vehicle straight to you, with all of the necessary paperwork. You can also pick up your car at any of our offices.
How do I return my rental vehicle?A representative will meet you at your desired location, at the time which you have given on your itinerary. You can also return the car to our offices, if this is easier for you.
Are one way rentals possible?In many cases, one way rentals are possible, although they will incur an extra fee. This fee is dependent on the pick up and drop off point which you have specified. A minimum rental period is also required for some one way rentals.
What is included in the rental price?Our rates are included; Unlimited Mileage, Car Insurance (CDW), Delivery and Collection charges and all mandatory taxes.
Which payment types are accepted?We are able to accept cash payments in all European currencies and US dollars, Visa, Mastercard, Travel cheques, and Euro cheques.
What happens if the rental car breaks down?When you receive your rental car, you will be given contact details to use in the unlikely event that the vehicle breaks down. We will seek to fix the problem as soon as possible, but if this is not feasible, we can provide you with a replacement vehicle.
What is the cancellation policy?Your credit card will be charged 7 days in advance of your arrival. Cancellations after this date are not possible. If you need to cancel before this point, please contact us immediately.
Our Locations?When Urent first established in 1985. Our mission was to serve our customers secure, quality, reasonable and all inclusive car rental where possible. Today our main office located in Antalya. In addition we can serve you at following airports with no extra charge.
If you do not want to take your car at the airport no problem; we also deliver your car to your desired location (Hotel or any Address) in the area. You can have your car at following centers at any address.
