When Urent first established in 1985. Our mission was to
serve our customers secure, quality, reasonable and all inclusive car rental where
possible. Today our main office located in Antalya. In addition we can serve you at following airports with no extra charge. If you do not want to take your car at the airport no problem; we also deliver
your car to your desired location (Hotel or any Address) in the area. You can have your
car at following centers at any address.

to reserve?
It is simple just fill out our reservation request form. Please fill all the details if possible. This is very important
for us to serve you better. When we have your request we will inform you about the
availability and if the cars are available than we reserve your car and confirm your
reservation.

many days in advance we should make reservation?
Our advice is to make your reservation as early as possible to find an available car.
¤ How
to secure reservation?
We need you to give us payment guarantee for securing your reservation. We need to have your
credit card details by fax. Our advice is to secure your reservation as early as
possible because we have limited numbers of cars..
¤ What
happens if I cancel?
Actually we charge your credit 7 days in advance from your arrival. But if yo did
not inform us about cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival we keep to right to
charge total cost of your rental.
¤ How
to pick up reserved car?
If you reserved to pick up at the airport you will see one of us just outside of exit door waiting for you with a board your
name written on. If you reserved to pick up at the hotel or any address you requested we
will find you there. You can also pick up your car at our offices.
¤ How
to return rental car?
If you reserved to return at the airport one of us will be waiting for you at the airport to take the car. If you returning your
car at the hotel or any address we will come and meet you there. You can also return the
car to our offices.
¤ What
is included in the price?
Our rates are included Unlimited mileage, Car insurance (CDW), Delivery and collection charges and all taxes.
¤ Which
payment type do you accept?
We accept cash in all European currencies and US$, Visa , Master card, Travel checks, Euro cheks as payment.
¤ One
way rentals?
(If you need to pick up the car at one city and return in a different city); one way fee required for one way
rentals and cost depends on distance please ask...
¤ What
happens if the car break down?
Actually we do every effort possible to check our cars technically very careful. Because we do not want any technical
problems on your vacation. But if it occurs we guarantee to fix the problem as soon as
possible or if the problem is a big one we change your car with another one.
